Hole Punch is a game for iPhone made by Tim White.

The short version

The game collects nothing about you.

What the game stores

Your progress and your best scores are kept on your own device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud account as well, so that they survive a reinstall and follow you to a new iPhone. That copy is held by Apple under your Apple Account, under Apple's privacy policy; it is never sent to us or to anyone else. Your settings (sound and music on or off) are kept on the device only. Deleting the game deletes the copy on the device; the iCloud copy can be removed in your iPhone's iCloud settings.

What the game does not do

• It has no accounts and no sign-in.
• It shows no advertising.
• It contains no analytics or tracking tools, ours or anyone else's.
• It does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

Purchases

The game offers one optional purchase, which unlocks further levels. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, your payment details or your Apple Account. Apple tells the game only whether the purchase has been made. Apple's handling of your information is covered by Apple's own privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
